The Super Green Salad is a great option for lunch or dinner.
The Super Green salad recipe is from the Parsley 7 Day Detox recipe booklet, and yes, our detox includes real food!

Spread the muhammara dip on a wholemeal wrap, top with 2 falafels and a handful of
our super green salad.
Fresh entrées include a black bean burger with avocado, sweet potato oat bran grits,
a super greens salad with edamame and sunflower seeds, and assorted smoothies with fresh ingredients like flax seeds, ginger, blueberries and maca powder.

I'm a
super huge fan of tossing them with taco seasoning and serving them on top of tacos / tostadas and though I always intend on topping leafy
green salads with these crunchy little nuggets, I always wind up eating the tray by the handful as a wildly addictive snack!
The
salad portion of this wrap uses mixed
greens because that it what I had on hand, but it you have romaine, or evan kale, those would be
super yummy, too.

I wanted my Quiona Avocado
Salad to be
super colorful and crunchy, so I strayed a tad from the
green theme and added yellow bell peppers and tomatoes.
By the time we got home it was mid afternoon and I was very hungry, I whipped up this
super big easy
salad, a mix of
greens, radish, cucumber, shredded carrot, mixed sprouts, wakame, a squeeze of lime and some omega oil and topped it with chickpeas for extra protein.

To keep this
salad super quick I blanched some
green beans, thinly sliced capsicum and spring onion, and tore up some coriander.
Basically, I started flushing my body with lots of alkaline liquids, like water with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar,
green juices,
super greens and lots of
salads and sprouts.
Carbs:
green veggies (lettuce, broccoli,
salad mix, fajita mix frozen veggies), and I also use 1 / 2scoop UCAN on some days with my «Bulletproof» mocha - recipe is below in photo (Ucan a
super starch that doesn't cause any insulin spike — basically the key to ketogenic life is not spiking insulin)

Now although I think that both of those supplements that were mentioned, the EnerPrime and the Living Fuel
Super Greens are both excellent supplements I would tend to have to go with the EnerPrime just because I like to have
salad, fresh fruit, things of that nature.
So I know and agree, that a
salad soup may sound really strange, but give it a try and you may be surprised also to find that this
super easy way to get
greens actually tastes fantastic!
This smoothie is loaded with
greens (more than you'd even have in a
salad), but it's
super smooth and balanced.
SO many tasty and
super healthy delicious meal options out there although I would say a perfect meal may be a
salad with mixed
greens and various other veggies, topped with pecans, an olive oil based dressing, and a few poached eggs or another organic meat source of your choice.
