The majority of people have
super tight hip muscles, you're not alone.
One of the things I have noticed over the years of working out with and training others — people have
super tight hip flexors and don't stretch enough!
Not exact matches
Maybe your
hip flexors or psoas is
super tight on one side, and pull you out of alignment (Hello, Stan, Massage Man?).
Maybe your
hips are
super tight (which is so true for many of us) and you can't bring that leg all the way down to horizontally rest across your left.
I should note as well that my jeans are
tight — waist not
super tight but
tighter, but
hips and quads are snugger than they have ever been... And although I wasn't looking to lose weight, I'm definitely not in a place where I was trying to gain.
Preferably these jeans are not
super skin -
tight around the waist and
hips, as you will lose about 1/4 of an inch through these areas when you cut.
They fit
tight through the
hip and thigh with a
super skinny leg opening perfect to wear with ankle booties or pointy toe flats.
I think by putting the dark shirt on top that isn't
super tight except at the waist disguises the busty part up top perfectly and balances your
hips and waist by putting the light / creme color on the bottom, as that «enlarges» that area in a good way, which you want to balance you out.
It's very comfortable, but it's very loose - fitting around the legs and waist, and I have to pull the waist string
super tight to make it stay on my
hips.

tight.
