mix it up with my favorite golden milk powder).

superfood (& protein)
mixes for extra energy, immunity, antioxidants and vegan protein.
A fantastic addition to sweet and savory dishes alike,
mix Mulberries into yogurt, oatmeal, green salads or lentil, bean and grain dishes
for a simple
superfood boost.
The base recipe is the same
for all three dips, simply
mix in 2 tablespoons of the chosen «
superfood» ingredient and add extra garnish on top as desired!
Instead I replace oats with psyllium husks and I have added other
superfoods for thyroid health: pumpkin and sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, pure carob bark nibs, shredded coconut, goji's and I crush into the
mix a gluten free weet - bix which are made from sorghum.

By
mixing a variety of fruits, vegetables, and
superfoods such as ginger, green tea, flax and chia, there's a flavor
for everyone to enjoy.
Once you have
mixed in the coconut milk, cacao and
superfoods I like to let the batch sit in the fridge
for at least 20 minutes so that rolling the balls is a lot easier.
A typical day
for me (I eat throughout the day, no meal format) would be this: -3 clementines — 1/2 cup raw unsalted trail
mix (cashew, walnut, macadamia nut, mulberry, goji, cacao)- banana with walnut butter -1 cup
mixed fruit (like berries, melon, grapes, depends)-1 avocado -2-3 brown rice cakes -1 / 3 cup carrots -1 / 3 cup hummus - another banana - postworkout I'd eat either a protein smoothie with more banana, greens,
superfoods OR whatever I feel like making, most likely salmon with broccoli or lentil stew etc
My pantry has an abundance of
superfoods that I like adding to the
mix, like a little spirulina, turmeric, ginger, or cocoa powder, but my favourite
superfood at the moment is maca powder
for both its taste and health benefits.
To enjoy goldenberries, add them to homemade trail
mix or use them as a topping
for a
superfood salad.
Combine it with
superfoods like chopped kale and pomegranate seeds
for a colorful and nutritious salad that's way better than any bagged
mix.
