These exercises are especially powerful when used in conjunction with or even
supersetted with incline presses or flyes.
I am still doing workout in superset style ie: dumbell bench press
supersetted with dumbell rows.

supersetted with dips be done after the db bench press instead of after all the shoulder exercises?

supersetting exercises (doubling up on one muscle group
with two to three exercises back to back), and make sure a good exercise technique is established before increasing to heavier loads.
In my experience,
supersetting an explosive movement
with a strength movement that is too similar will be counterproductive.
