As those of us who have been around the industry long enough know, most supplements out there don't hold up to their promises, and even the ones that do work, at times have their efficacy over-exaggerated by
the supplement ads in the magazines.

And you were just flat out scammed at the
supplement store when you bought those «advanced fat burner» pills that you saw
in the clever
magazine ad...
Let me put it this way...
in a recent muscle
magazine, I counted 120 pages of full - page (
in some cases 3 to 6 page), high - powered
supplement ads.
Anybody that tells you otherwise has either been brainwashed by all of the propaganda and super-hyped up
ads that the
supplement companies have spread throughout every
magazine on the planet, or they have financial ties to selling
supplements in some way themselves.
Many of these take out full page adverts
in glossy newspaper
supplements and consumer
magazines, week
in week out, and while press
ads have arguably never been more affordable
in the current climate, it's still a significant outlay if you're doing it regularly.
