magnesium deficiency is the height of lunacy, and would be comical if it wasn't tragic.
If you want to give burdock root a shot, then you need a
supplement with a high concentration, and one that's free from controversial additives

And I'm not talking about any
supplements your doc might have recommended for health reasons (
like Vitamin D or
magnesium, etc.).
Therefore, if you want to try a normal DIM

I'm the first person to say I don't
like to take many
supplements, but in my practice —
magnesium is one of my top 5!
If milk thistle succeeded so well, then since it works by increasing glutathione levels, other
supplements which increase glutathione
like magnesium, zinc and selenium might do the same.
Here is what I realised when counting total carbs & staying very low - you have to: 1) add
supplements because there is no way you can get all your
magnesium and other micronutrients 2) add probiotics to avoid constipation 3) People do lose weight when counting total carbs only because there is not much you can eat and you become bored & prefer to skip meals (just
like I did).
I added
supplements like ashwaganda initally to calm my adrenals down,
magnesium to help with stressful times, probiotics to repopulate my gut flora and absolutely avoid phytoestrogens but thats pretty much it.
In addition, you must take chelated minerals daily
like calcium,
magnesium, zinc and selenium and a trace mineral
supplement like kelp.
The best dietary
supplements are the acid salts of
magnesium like magnesium chloride, citrate, gluconate or glycinate.
Apart from this, the
supplement also contains micro-ingredients
like vitamin C, vitamin B, zinc,
magnesium, potassium, and sodium.
3) Natural Calm
Magnesium Supplement I know it seems
like this is another thing to depend on, but it's really not.
If you really need relief, you can take a
magnesium supplement,
like Milk of Magnesia, which should definitely do the trick.
And so rather than going and grabbing some Cal - mag from or some calcium
supplement from Cosco or something
like that, I'd recommend that you just include around 400 to 500 milligrams of natural cal -
magnesium at night before you go to bed or even use a topical
magnesium.
The extra help comes in the form of completely legal sports nutrition supplementation
like digestive enzymes, fish oil, vitamin D, greens
supplements,
magnesium and Chinese adaptogenic herbs.
Look for it in
magnesium rich foods
like dark leafy greens, nuts and seeds or try a
supplement like Natural Calm.
And I would also suggest taking a
magnesium supplement like Natural Calm before bedtime as well.
I take allot of health
supplements like vitamin C, zinc,
magnesium, L - Carnitine, Vitamin D, and fish oils.
I've found that taking
magnesium before bed helps me get to sleep quickly and really
