support any striker Wenger brings in..

While there have been plenty of former Arsenal players, including the TV pundits Paul Merson and Thierry Henry, as well as every man and his dog with an opinion about Arsene
Wenger and Arsenal, ready to jump on the bosses back and bemoan his failure or refusal to use the summer transfer window to sign another
striker, there are a few that have come out in
support of the under fire Frenchman.

supporting wenger.

support to get the deals surrounding the priority positions we need to improve on at Arsenal including centre back and a
striker.
We need better though but I'm in full 100 %
support of the purchase of Shkrodan Mustafi and Lucas Perez.Mustafi can help Koscielny now.I've been saying it here time and time again that it's not a world clsss
striker we have needed but a clinical finisher which we have lacked for several seasons and counting.Hopefully this guy puts Giroud where he belongs which is on the bench.Though a world class
striker is good what we have lacked is someone who puts the game to bed in clinical fashion but Arsene
Wenger has listened to many people to the extent that if he can't get a world class
striker then he can get anyone. If Arsenal had a clinical finisher for some five seasons or so we coulda won the EPL then.Giroud has cost us matches and will continue to cost us matches.Giroud is half decent as someone said here the last time.I expect Perez to be much better if he can take on his man and be clinical in front of goal.
I think Lucas» primary role at Arsenal will be as a
striker, but as
Wenger seems to want to stick with using a formation that sees one sole
striker supported by two wingers, I still think Giroud still stands on having the better chance of playing in that spot.

Wenger use him and Theo as wide forwards with great pace and bring Alexis into a
support striker's role?
I think our transfers have been top top quality and expect that
wenger knows what he's doing.it's amazing how people rant about the DM or CB or
striker position.I say shut the hell up and
support the team, there's still 75points to play for and with key players returning I believe we'll do better than 4th position.
Here's my take on Walcott; the typical English hype got to him and he over estimated his own abilities in recent seasons, wanting to play as
striker without first establishing himself as a world class winger forgatting that even Henry, Ronaldo and even Messi had to first prove their undoubted abilities on the wing befroe going central,
Wenger let him suit himself, he hit rock bottom when he wasn't even selected for the Euros and has finally decided to dust himself up and work his way back up, why cant we see that and just give him the necessary
support?
Wenger should rather spend money on 3 top outfield players, a CB, a DM (only to
support Le Coq who has been outstanding) and a world class
striker.
Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished player in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely by season's end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display than in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and
Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought in from the get - go... both of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a
Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real
striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their game even more, combined with our average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens
Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and
support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off
I hope we start

striker,

There has been an outpouring of anger on JustArsenal against Arsene
Wenger after he failed to bring in a new
striker in the transfer window, but as Le Prof said ahead of tomorrows game: «To
support the club and
support the team is to stand behind the players,»
when Arsenal fans moan about him its not just because he is at best average, we are mostly venting our anger at
Wenger for not getting the upgrade we need, so its unfortunate he cops the abuse that should be reserved for other people... having said all that its also fair to mention Arsenal and by large
Wenger had given him more
support and encouragement to last him a life time even if he is Methuselah, I doubt if there is any
striker in the whole world who will go 15 matches without troubling the net and still retain his spot, even Messi and Ronaldo will nit complain if they are benched after going on such barren run,
I for one believe that it is not about about having a world class
striker that wins you a league however having having a world class
striker increases your chance of winning a league.Having said that I just hope we go for Icardi or a world class
striker or someone who isn't necessarily world class but just knows how to do his job and put it in there.I'd urge
Wenger to go for Javier Hernandez or Callum Wilson. They would bang it in and would have world class form because they would have consistent quality
support from the midfield. It's all about him being serious and telling himself he can do it.I'm just tired tired of watching that so called
striker in our club let alone him starting for us.Its just pathetic.

Most of you know that I am disappointed that MR
wenger didn't sign a
striker but I will screen the house down in
support for the Arsenal and we need all of us to do it and do it loud and scare liverpool and their supporters off we tell them that because we mean business and that will charge our players The Arsenal up are we scared young boys or are we men come on now
we wont sign anyone i am afraid, i d still
support Arsenal, but it will be painful, very painful, even worse because
wenger had the time to fix this, Giroiud out meant he hHAD to sign a
striker,
I hope Perez scores 20 + goals but
Wenger made a HUGE gamble I
support him 100 % but you can't expect him to play like a Top class
striker if he isn't one
We need to pressure
Wenger to bring in a top experienced
Striker then Giroud can
support.
All what we need is a fine tune and we learnt that from 8 nil encounter I still believe we need a
striker and now we need a defender but even if we do nt get any I still will
support the Arsenal even though I know deep inside that MR
wenger should have addressed the issue the weird thing is perhaps MR
wenger addressed these issues by bringing in players from the academy such as chuba apkom
I do nt think
Wenger is looking for a lone
striker... he will probably settle with Giroud / Welbeck uptop but a scoring forward like sanchez so the link to Mbappe or Lacazette makes sense then... they are best played when they have
support... I'm wary about Lacazette... he is not really a
striker but not a winger either... anyone else concerned that even Deschamps does not play him in the national team and no one seems to want to sign him besides Arsenal if you believe the rumours!

Wenger had some warm words of praise and
support for Olivier Giroud yesterday, after the French

supporting Wenger for the past 10 years without spending cause we know we have limited cash, but this season I'm fed up already, will you if given the opportunity as a coach make GIROUD your top
striker?
I think Lukaku looked more of a threat than Giroud on either sides.Giroud shouldn't be guaranteed first choice
striker as of right and if neither of Walcott or Podolski steps up i now
support Wenger going in the market come January for a
striker.Either way i think it is a point gained.
