sure - RIM has always cared

battery life of their products, and I don't think they'd make an exception on their first tablet.

It's the finer points that I'm not
sure about like GPS, upgrade to 2.2,

I'm not
sure what the
battery life is like (I only played with it for
about an hour), but I imagine it is very good and in line with other tablets — 10 hours or so.
And while Samsung might try to spin some nonsense
about the Note 8 still having all day
battery life (we'll know for
sure when we review it), if Samsung is truly looking to cater to bleeding edge enthusiasts, it should've have found a way to at least keep
battery capacities the same.
Sure it lasts longer, all day use, but having to plug it in, and worrying
about battery life is not ideal for me.
Although you can use both Horizons just
about anywhere in the house, make
sure there's an outlet nearby as the 2s and 2e only get 2.5 hours and 3 hours of
battery life respectively.
Not
sure we can dispute those numbers but in using the Lumia 521 modestly during the day (a few calls, a few games, a few web searches, and email) the Windows Phone made it through a full day with
about 25 %
battery life still on the ticker.
Sure, there's a trade - off in terms of
battery life - which we'll talk
about later - but Huawei also gives you the option of turning the 4G radio off, so you're not unnecessarily draining the
battery when you don't need to be.
