chia seeds help to thicken up the overnight oats so I would recommend giving it a try I'm not 100 %
sure how it would work without the
chia seeds but if you do give it a try let me know, you would probably have to use
about half the amount of milk.
Give the mixture a good stir after
about an hour to make
sure the
chia seeds are well distributed and don't clump up.
