Cut broccoli lengthwise into 4 wedges, making
sure florets stay attached to the stem.
Drizzle a little bit of olive oil and shake the bowl to make
sure all florets are coated.
Make
sure the florets are still tightly packed together to ensure you are buying the freshest head.
Heat oven to broil and brush remaining sauce on each floret and place in oven for 2 - 3 minutes (making
sure florets don't burn).

sure how I'm going to come to terms with the amount of time I've ever wasted chopping up
florets of cauliflower, meanwhile I could've just been spicing up and roasting the whole head!
