Porsche's 2019 Cayenne was unveiled just before the show, but
a surprise Turbo version rolled onto the Frankfurt stage with 550 - HP and a 0 - 60 of 3.7 seconds.

Another
surprise is that the production
version of the Urus will use an engine from within the VW Group and although the final drivetrain configuration has yet to be decided, the engine of choice is a twin -
turbo, petrol V8 pumping out at least 600bhp.
The Forester is quick — hardly
surprising, given its direct - injected
turbo - four is basically a detuned
version of the WRX's engine.
The
turbo four - powered cars obviously aren't the hot rods we anticipate the Quadrifoglio will be, but the lesser powered
versions surprised us --- they're not dogs, hitting 60 in 5.4 seconds with a 144 mph top speed, plus they're refined and quiet.
The delightfully torquey
turbo - 6 is good for 5.4 - second 0 - 60 bursts, but the
surprising turbo - 4 is only about a half - second slower, with the down - powered 320i
version turning in a time of roughly 7.1 seconds.
We're not too sure why Porsche waited so long, but to no
surprise, the convertible
version features the same design language and features as the
Turbo coupe.
Opt for the turbocharged, all - wheel drive
turbo version, and you'll also get
surprising performance from what would appear to be a rather mild - mannered sedan.
The
surprise is that the new V6
turbo does not have 3 - litre displacement like for the other Mercedes models, but the same 3.498 cc like the old normal aspirated
version.
