The taste of this is pretty insane too, the caramel - like dates work so well with the coconut oil,

I made a few variations — I only had 400g
sweet potato so added some
apple puree to make up the difference, increased almond meal to 1 cup, added some vanilla, decaf coffee powder and extra salt — extra tasty!

I made it with fresh
apples that I had just
pureed with a vitamix, so it was a little undersweet (cooked applesauce is much
sweeter) but still fantastic.

I would recommend making your own baby food to anyone... if you don't have something to
puree the fruit / vege simply use a grater... works just the same for things like
apple, pears and even
sweet patatoes after they are boiled.

apple puree, papaya) for breakfast and veggies (potato,
sweet potato, broccoli, avocado, squash) for other meals.
