Personally, I am very partial to
sweet yeast baking: it's not too
sweet, it's different than a loaf of
bread and it's difficult to buy great
sweet yeast baking unless it's the cinnamon
buns at IKEA or you happen to live near a great European style bakery or are in New York City.

sweet buns today and I really enjoyed making it.The dough was so easy to work with, not sticky at all (I usually have problem when making

I'm often too lazy to make the Paleo hamburger
buns, so I'll just eat it out of the bowl plain with veggies or on a baked
sweet potato and let my children use some whole wheat
bread to eat with them.
