sweet corn ~ fruit flavors (using fruit - flavored powdered juices)
Here I love the slight bitterness from the tahini to balance the
sweet corn.
In a large skillet or saucepan, combine 1 can chili beans (with sauce), 2 cans rinsed and drained black beans, 1 can rinsed and drained
sweet corn (Mexi -
corn would be great
here), and 1 undrained can of diced tomatoes with green chiles.
While
corn and leeks are essential
here, feel free to substitute potatoes, carrots, or other root vegetables for some or all of the
sweet potatoes.
Topping the «Clean 15» were onions,
sweet corn, pineapples and avocado (check out the full list

Here in Dubai we are fortunate enough to get Australian
sweet corn on the cob.
