I rolled the
dough between two pieces of parchment (I
also found the
dough SUPER easy to work with — very forgiving...), then put the spinach / onion / garlic /
sweet potato mix on to the
dough as you instructed, with the feta.
You can choose whatever type of chocolate you want; I went with bittersweet, but next time I'll go for something a little
sweeter, as there isn't a ton of sugar in the base (which is
also nice — you can really taste the cookie
dough flavor).

dough with fruit and dipping in chocolate or vegan nutella!

I adapted the recipe just slightly by adding 1 cup peeled, chopped local apple, 1/2 cup of organic raisins, an additional 2 tablespoons of honey, and a bit of extra flour to the
dough (I
also omitted the sesame seeds on top as I didn't think they meshed with the
