in a bite — first slightly sour

The only addition I made was adding some chopped
dried cranberries (honestly I only added them because they were sitting on my counter waiting to be put away after grocery shopping) I found they added a nice little
sweet to offset the savory
in this recipe.
I throw
in dried cranberries instead of dates and walnuts instead of almonds, and I also throw
in some roasted
sweet potato to make it a hearty main.
These delicate biscuits are not too
sweet, thanks to the low sugar content and the addition of the fleur de sel, which helps the cardamom flavour to shine through just to the right level; whilst the crumbly biscuit melts
