free vegetarian - blogging - vegan - for - the - month (me!)
I have a dairy -
free person and a gluten
free person and trying to find homemade snacks that are
sweet is a
challenge.
Since I am on the sweetener -
free challenge I didn't add any sweeteners but I encourage something
sweeter for those who haven't deprived your
sweet tastebuds for a month (um, like Rob!).
Challenge yourself: Take a break from all the sugar
free foods you eat and drink for as little as 2 weeks (including diet drinks, sugar
free yogurt and desserts, and even sugar
free gum, etc., etc.) and notice how much of a difference it makes on your overall desire for
sweets and sugary foods
