Green & Blacks new dark salted caramel chocolate to add a bit of decadence to the chocolate cups — the burst of salted caramel
works perfectly with the
sweet pumpkin filling.

green veggies i have lost alot of weight in 3 months from being in a ketogenic state but im also worried that not getting enough carbs from alot of physical activity so should i up my calories in fat or add in some more carbs from say

They're
sweeter and not typically used in cooking, but
green apples tend to be tart and acidic so don't
work as well for those with heartburn.
It's easier to give them the
sweeter drinks and let them
work up to the stronger
greens and no fruit
green smoothies.
Clementines and grapes give this a nice
sweet and citrus combination, and spinach
works its magic as a
green smoothie rock star to bring load of nutrients.
I think the reason this
works so well is because the
green olives are tangy and the dates are
sweet.
