The citrus blended with the
sweet (I used
honey) was to die for... I used fresh rosemary and of course plenty of
garlic so this dish was a 10.

Sweet Potatoes is a simple but impressive side dish of roasted
sweet potatoes tossed in a chili,
garlic,
honey, and ginger sauce.
The peppery arugala and
sweet honey -
garlic mixture makes an excellent pairing.
A full teaspoon of
honey was a bit
sweet for my taste, and I actually used
garlic cloves instead of stalks (just because I didn't have any stalks).
* This soup gets a hint of sweetness from the carrots and onions, but if you prefer a slightly
sweeter soup you can add a touch of
honey * Roasted
garlic will add an additional depth of flavor and sweetness, if you have time to prepare.
