Forgot to say, I used coconut flour and next time I'll leave out the
maple syrup because they were too
sweet for me, I only used 1 1/2 tbs... amaze balls!!
Made these without
maple syrup (added 4 dates) and they were
sweet enough already
for me!

Really sadly I don't think there is a replacement
for the dates as they really stick the whole thing together, it may work to try making them with a little more
sweet potato and a little more
maple syrup but I can't promise anything as I haven't tried it!

for maple syrup, and small / negligible amounts

I added subbed honey
for the
maple syrup and added a bit more to make the brownies and icing to please our
