The roasted pepper just brings such a rich, deep almost
sweet flavour to it while the
paprika and chilli add a beautiful
spice that literally means each bite sings in your mouth.

Also feel free to play around with the
spices, you may or may not like the curry powder, swap it out for some smoked
paprika or Italian herbs, the options are endless!You can have these plain as is with some sauce (hmm sriracha) or you can go all the way and be extra like me by making cheesy
sweet potato fries.
I make the basic
sweet potato soup with veggies stock and embellish it with
spices like smoked
paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Season the meat well with loads of yummy
spices — garlic salt, chili powder, dried oregano, dried basil, cumin, ground coriander, brown sugar, and
sweet paprika.

I like
spice, so I added cumin,
paprika, and hot pepper flakes to the
sweet potatoes while baking them.

The
spice mix is a combination of roasted pumpkin seeds, dry summer savory, fenugreek seeds,
sweet Hungarian
paprika and salt.
Add in
sweet potato chunks roasted in lime juice and
paprika, cooked tri-color quinoa, cilantro, organic tomatoes, avocado, olive oil, and
spices... and voila, a superfood spinach salad is born.
I used
