I'm a big fan of the old frangipane tart — a short,
sweet pastry case filled with vanilla and almond butter mix and topped with fruit before baking.
The gluten free range comes in two varieties and two sizes; two neutral and
sweet pastry cases which are both available in a 5 cm sized case and an 8 cm size pastry case.
