of sweet pickles, aside from the cucumbers themselves?
I have recently fallen in love
with sweet pickles and would love to feature this next time around.
These are a great alternative to rice especially with the
added sweet pickled onions and pomegranate seeds.

My recipe for Light Potato Salad combines creamy red potatoes with sweet red onion,
crunchy sweet pickles, crisp celery, light mayo, plain yogurt to make it lighter, and a little Dijon mustard to give it a little zip.

This depends on if you prefer them to be a little tart or if you prefer sweeter eggs
use sweet pickle juice.
