I did today, which was
so awesome!!!! My blender was broken and sent back to repair,
so i had to do everything manually, from smashing the
sweet potato & dates, crushing the nuts (I used hazelnut) into
flour (this one was hard,
so finally its more like bits...), and left out for the agave syrup (was
so sweet for me already), though it was lots of work but just
so great!
Made with just

so unique — I love the layers of
sweet potatoes, ground turkey mixture, and a homemade enchilada sauce that uses coconut
flour to thicken it.

flour and
sweet potatoes.

When consuming their traditional high glycemic index staples, rural Chinese and Indians (short - grain white rice), rural Africans (cassava & yam
flours), rural New Guineans (

I have done much reading and from it all; it seems the healthiest way is to get rid of the white
flour bread, white
flour pasta, sugar, soda,
potato chips, white rice, sugary juice; and consume lots of leafy greens,
sweet potatoes, pistachios, creamy unsweetened peanut butter, whole grains, whole fruit, unsweetened coconut milk (which is
so GOOD!)
I may have added too much
sweet potato, as the batter was quite soft,
