All of our

for this recipe, so I would definitely try making these with yams too!
I really want to make these
for my boys first birthday party but am worried about getting them wrong without a weight / cup measurement

for something else, if you think your Dad is more scrambled eggs than scrambled tofu!

sweet potatoes and chickpeas should last
for up to five days
in a sealed container
in the fridge.
Just made this
for dinner — I'm eating semi raw at the moment so cooked the
sweet potato (and added some parsnip too), then marinated the mushrooms
in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, wilted the spinach with salt and a bit of chilli before adding to the cooked veggies.
Then place all the halves on a baking tray, cover with olive oil, a sprinkling of chilli salt and some dried herbs and put
in the oven to bake
for about 30 minutes along with the carrots and
sweet potatoes.
Once the
sweet potatoes have cooked put the tomato puree, vinegar, garlic, spices and salt
in a pot with some olive oil, heat

in the bowl which you then add the other ingredients and
sweet potato / date mixture to!
It really develops the sugars
in the
potatoes and makes
for a naturally
sweeter end result.
They do turn out much less dry
in the oven
for me as well, but the type of
sweet potato makes a big difference too.
Blend all ingredients
for sweet potato «cheese» sauce, along with roasted onion and garlic,
in a high speed blender until smooth.
