To add a new layer of texture, I finished
these sweet potato tacos off with a handful of crispy shaved Brussels sprouts.

taco filling (I love the
sweet potato filling with these tortillas — grilled fish is also good).
The combination is incredibly delicious (especially with these roasted
sweet potato and sprouted lentil
tacos) but also are amazingly good for you.
For example, if I made
tacos for dinner one night, then I will bake
sweet potatoes and load them up with the
taco meat and other toppings (avocado, salsa, onion, etc.) for dinner the next night.
So when I spotted this recipe for

sweet potato tossed in

Hot Salsas are a compliment for many dishes, some like Cholula, Valentina, or Buffalo can be poured over
tacos, tostadas, hamburgers, hot dogs, eggs, burritos, chicken wings as well as beverages and all type of snacks like
potato chips, pork rinds (Chicharrones), churritos (corn snack sticks), peanuts, nuts, and on fruits like the famous Chamoy; a

I love the miso - tahini - lemon sauce, especially together with
sweet potatoes (a nice combination also on its own, without
