Because variety is the
sweetest spice of life, I opted to make two different flavours of coconut kefir
ice cream pops: Honey + Vanilla and
Raspberry Cream.

raspberries in the sauce, remain fresh and uncooked, as it adds a nice tartness to the dish that contrasts the warm, oozy,
sweet, and soft peaches.
I have yet to try a cashew based
ice cream — next on my list once it warms up a little more and I break out the
ice cream maker again Ha that's so funny, I actually find
raspberries much
sweeter and yummier fresh than frozen.
It is a mango and red - pepper
ice cream with a
sweet swirl of
raspberry.
On the opposite side, I made a white chocolate
raspberry ice cream and put too much in because I didn't take into account how tooth - achingly
sweet white chocolate can be.
In this decadent dessert,
raspberries, coconut, chocolate, and
ice cream come together to make a
sweet treat you're certainly not going to want to miss.
It worked out ok, especially since I
iced them with a
sweet raspberry butter cream (brown sugar frosting next time!).
