the sweet smoothie bowl pro @leefromamerica came over with some of her delicious Granolee granola that she made and we got straight to work.

If you like a little something
sweet in the morning try adding a couple of medjool dates to the mix too, they sweeten it up and enhance the creaminess and if you feel like you need a crunch, add a little less milk and then pour the
smoothie into a
bowl and top it with your favourite granola, nuts, seeds, raisins, cacao nibs, fruit etc for a delicious
smoothie bowl.
I always keep frozen pineapples stocked for my
smoothies and
smoothie bowls, and combining it with
sweet, freshly sliced pineapples, bananas and shredded coconut kept me energized to conquer the day.
I was using it on everything —
