soup recipes and when I stumbled across this recipe for African
sweet potato
soup I was very intrigued.
Hearty
soup filled with delicious sausage, kale,
sweet potatoes and pasta that will warm you up even
on the coldest of days!

Sprinkle them
on soup, salad, mashed potatoes, spinach or kale,

Not only did it feel good to have a hot bowl of

This
soup makes an easy weeknight meal all
on its own, especially if you already have a few leftover roasted
sweet potatoes in the fridge.
There are the blueberry cornmeal pancakes made with pecans, fresh salads and

on Fridays — and once a vegan cake with some kind of vegan marshmallow that was «pretty interesting,» remembered Viola.

Even the kids loved this mild
soup, and I loved knowing what they were eating:) Next time I would probably reserve some of the cauliflower before pureeing to add another layer of texture to the
soup — I didn't puree it quite all the way, but that meant I also had the occasional chunk of
sweet potato, and I wanted that all blended in so I could really focus
on the cauliflower.
With a wonderful crunch
on the outside, and a slightly
sweet and incredibly moist center, this bread is the perfect companion to any of your favorite
soups, or simply as a delicious treat straight out of the oven.

The adult buffet was impressive, roast
sweet potatoes, stuffed peppers, striploin, blackened catfish, salmon, stirfries,
soup, salad bar, desserts — there was NOTHING deep - fried
on the adult buffet which is such a refreshing change to the usual crappy fried buffet fare.
