spices make them taste really festive, while the mix of honey,
coconut sugar and maple syrup make them extra
sweet and indulgent, which is great, as you don't want to spend Christmas feeling too healthy and a bit deprived!
It's just so insanely
sweet and creamy with subtle hints of
coconut and cumin, and a little hint of
spice from the chilli.
I boiled the
sweet potatoes separately until fork - tender and in another pan did the
spices,
coconut milk, tomatoes, olives and lentils and simmered it until the lentils were cooked and then mixed in the cooked
sweet potatoes towards the end.

sweet potato into the same pot.

sweetest spice of life, I opted to make two different flavours of
coconut kefir ice cream pops: Honey + Vanilla and Raspberry Cream.
