They are in general extremely healthy as like us they eat loads of Thai vegetables and superfood
spices such as fresh turmeric, galangal, etc but some vegetarians we know are what they call «junk food vegetarians» that don't have a well balanced diet and go
nuts on carbs, especially
sweets.

spiced nuts are the perfect slightly
sweet, slightly savoury snack made with all natural healthy ingredients!
If you are using any herbs,
spices, dried fruit or other flavourings for a
sweet or savoury option, mix these in with the
nuts and seeds.
I made these buttery
spiced nuts to accompany it and they are the perfect combination of spicy and
sweet!
But then I started kicking around ideas like maple - butter walnuts and spicy -
sweet - pecans I decided it was rather lame that most
spiced nuts are full of butter, sugar and bacon and this was breakfast, surely they could be a tiny bit indulgent but also wholesome.

In the oven, the sugar and
spices carmelize around the
nuts and raisins to make a
sweet, crunchy filling, all wrapped up in a warm yeasty brioche — the perfect accompaniment to a lazy Sunday morning.
It all started with a leftover baked
sweet potato that I put in the food processor with some other ingredients including
nut butter, pumpkin pie
spice, applesauce, coconut flour, almond milk, and dried currants.
The mole was
