When you know there's pie coming your way (or you've got little time to spare), might be nice to turn your protein - packed
sweet yogurt bowl into something savory, and that just happens to take no prep time at all.

My favorite way to eat this granola (and all granola, really, but this
sweet version in particular) is over a
bowl of super-thick plain Greek
yogurt — the tart, rich
yogurt is the perfect counter-balance to the chocolatey sweetness and the whole shebang is basically all I ever want to eat, ever.
Well, today I have for you, Apple Pie Granola - healthful, modestly
sweet, a great snack or a great way to start your day in a
bowl with almond milk or on top of
yogurt.
They had delicious, hearty granola with banana chips and
bowls full of berry flavored
yogurt — not the sickly -
sweet fruit on the bottom kind we get here in the states, but really tasty fresh
yogurt with whole berries swimming around in it.
I, too, lean on the
sweeter side of breakfasts (and snacks), and my go - to breakfast is definitely greek
yogurt bowls topped with fresh fruit.
So while it might just disappear in a
bowl of milk, it adds a
sweet and healthful crunch to homemade bircher muesli (as pictured here) or a
bowl of plain
yogurt, and would be great on top of one of those fancy green smoothie
bowls.
The tart
