Nothing beats Medjool dates for
sweetening a recipe in my opinion.
I like to use medjool dates to
sweeten recipes.
Maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar — so many ways to
sweeten recipes without white granulated sugar.
If you want to «jazz» or
sweeten the recipe up a bit add raisins or dark chocolate chips.
You can use whatever options you prefer to
sweeten the recipe if you don't want to use a banana, though.
And it's not only just to

Apart from tasting amazing, they can naturally
sweeten a recipe allowing for less sugar Which is always a good thing.
Liquid sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup, agave or date nectar are my absolute favourite ways to naturally
sweeten my recipes.
The key, when using bananas, is to use them when they are very ripe state so that the natural sugars take over and

The cream - colored flour will not significantly
sweeten any recipes to which you add it.
