use raw unrefined
sweeteners, sugar is still sugar.
I've
used medjool dates (2 large dates),
raw honey, maple syrup or for a lower glycemic
sweetener you could
use raw coconut crystals or coconut nectar and all of these options have worked fine.
If
sweeteners are
used, then they should be limited to a tablespoon per day of
raw honey (which has antimicrobial compounds) or of dextrose powder (which lacks fructose and is more readily absorbed).

raw breakfast cookies lately and it's such a fab
sweetener.
If you will be storing it,
use whole cane sugar instead of agave nectar or
raw honey, or add the liquid
sweetener just before serving.
I
used Stevia in the
Raw as the fudge's
sweetener, added vanilla bean paste for flavor and those pretty mini black vanilla bean specks, and added organic matcha powder for both flavor and color.
If you
use raw tahini, I highly recommend
using that tiny bit of
sweetener from a taste perspective, because I find
raw tahini to be super-bitter.
I was wondering if I can

sweetener you prefer and just fill the crust with the mousse without baking.
My one question is we don't
use granulated sugar of any kind do you think that by
using 1/3 c of agava syrup or 1/2 cup pure
raw honey would need any changes to the recipe as these are the only
sweeteners that are in my home.
Coconut sugar is my favorite, but you could also
use raw cane sugar or any other granulated
sweetener.
