Vegetarian Zucchini Noodle Pad Thai - SUBSTITUTE your favorite artificial
sweetener for the honey in this recipe.
My one challenge is knowing if I can substitute powdered / liquid natural
sweeteners for the honey / maple syrup / agave additions to your recipes?

For sweetener in this recipe, I used an organic blend of stevia and
honey from Whole Earth.
We like to keep
sweeteners, even natural
sweeteners like dates and raw
honey to a minimum and balance them with good fat and protein
for a satisfying treat that doesn't cause energy dips!
Cranberry Jam 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries 3 tablespoons agave syrup,
honey, or another

honey and want a
sweetener, opt
for 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
Use a mix of your favorite low - carb vegetables
for a ketogenic friendly recipe and swap out
honey for your favorite
sweetener.
And if «sugar» looks like
honey or maple syrup to you, I say go
for it (though keep in mind the filling will probably be more likely to ooze out of the galette with the liquid
sweeteners).
There's no need
for granulated sugars,
honey, syrups, or artificial
sweeteners when we have nature's candy within our reach.
You can also opt
for honey, maple syrup or any other
sweetener of your choice.
I purposefully didn't add any
sweetener because I like tangy but if it's too tangy
for ya, add 1/2 teaspoon
honey or agave nectar.
Made this recipe following instructions exactly and next time I will just have to opt
for sugar or brown sugar as the
honey was not a sufficient
sweetener for my kids to enjoy.

You can substitute the
honey for another liquid
sweetener like maple syrup or agave nectar.
This recipe calls
for honey but you can switch this
for agave syrup — or no

for honey since that's the only
sweetener we use in our house.
Lisa's typical sub
for maple as a
sweetener would be
honey but we've not tried that in this recipe.
They began using in - house or private labs to test
for honey diluted with inexpensive high fructose corn syrup or 13 other illegal

sweetener I wanted to try something different, and used
honey instead of sugar.
For the

I subbed
honey for the
sweetener and added a small amount of coconut water and they are delicious!
Raw
honey is one of the healthiest
sweeteners readily available
for use in baking.
The original recipe with only
honey as the
sweetener probably holds up better
for travel (but, I don't know because they didn't last longer than a day when I made them last time)!
You can experiment with other
sweeteners,
honey, stevia, maple syrup, but we can't vouch
for the result.
The certification program also confirms that packers and exporters maintain a system to analyze
for other syrups or
sweetener extenders in
honey.
Adjustments we made
for taste preferences over the range of five in our household include reducing the grain blend amount to 25 % of the flour amount by weight, substituting KA's White Whole Wheat flour
for one - third of the total flour used, and using
honey as a
sweetener instead of sugar (adjusting the water added down by half the amount of
honey used).
