Is fresh yeast more or less affected in
sweeter dough recipes that contain sugar?
I have
her sweet dough recipe but I can't find a recipe for the syrup mixture.
I've been using the basic
sweet dough recipe from «Internationa Baking Delights» by Lee - Hwa Lin, but it comes out a bit dry.
Or another gluten free
sweet dough recipe you know of, and then just following the directions for filling and twisting as you see here!
