When I'd visit from Chicago, he'd bring me into his Nashville kitchen and make me impromptu salads, perfectly fried eggs
with the brightest yellow yolks, mashed avocado on toast,
sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil, thick morning
smoothies made in a blender he'd packed to the brim.
The new recipes are absolutely incredible and I'm so happy
with them — for the
sweet recipes think creamy key lime pie, beetroot chocolate cake
with coconut icing, dreamy

with your favourite granola, nuts, seeds, raisins, cacao nibs, fruit etc for a delicious
smoothie bowl.
Of course there was the usual hummus and guacamole, lots of dates, amazing
smoothies and
sweet potato brownies but I also spiced it up a bit
with lots of baba ganoush.
So glad that you love it — it's amazing how good granola tastes without all the sugar and combined

sweet and delicious that you'd never want to add more sugar anyway!
The banana and peanut butter totally mask the spinach, so you get a lovely, slightly

sweet and creamy, and instead of blending a whole bunch of veggies together, which could be a little strange and not very appetising, I have made a green juice out of broccoli, lemon, cucumber, zucchini and apples and then blended it
with avocado and almonds.

sweet for our palates, particularly in the morning, so as one would expect
with oats, it can also serve to temper the flavor.
