I magine you either one would work, however molasses / maple syrup is quite a bit
sweeter than brown rice syrup, so I would start with only a few tablespoons, and add slowly until the crumble comes together.

sweet potato, adzuki beans, sautéed kale, housemade kim chee, sea palm, black sesame seed gomasio, teriyaki almonds, garlic tahini sauce and either local
brown rice or quinoa — it tasted even better
than it sounds too!
Hi Candice, Ive successfully made raw chocolate with
brown rice syrup, as you probably know it is less
sweet than maple / agave / coconut nectar, but it works the same.
Replacing / substitutions that worked for others: EGGs: No Eggs by Orgran Flours: Chickpea,
Brown Rice, Quinoa (not proven yet) Xanthum Gum: 2 tsp ground Flax Seed Honey: Use Agave Nectar but keep in mind it may be
sweeter than honey so experiment!
Brown rice syrup is much, much thinner / less viscous
than corn syrup, and not nearly as
sweet.
It's loaded with
