I've always thought of trying beets instead of carrots but never parsnips, it is a brilliant idea as they are sweet,
sweeter than carrots.

Cut the
sweet potatoes into larger pieces as they take less time to cook
than the
carrots and parsnips.
Adding berries, bananas, apples,
carrots and other
sweeter vegetables will make spirulina far tastier
than it is on its own or with other greens.

First, I had no
sweet potatoes so I use cooked
carrot, I used maple syrup and cut down on it as it is
sweeter than dates and also I switched up the icing and used pumpkinseed butter and used a little melted 99 % dark chocolate as it was an extra special day.
