It's
sweeter than zucchini noodles and contains slightly more carbs but it's still suitable for the ketogenic diet.
I used Lebanese squash here (the pale green, bulkier variety), which is meatier, and
sweeter than zucchini, in my opinion.

Since
sweet potato takes longer
than zucchini and onion, I microwaved it whole for a couple of minute to start the cooking and to make it easier to peel.
For example,
sweet potato should be cut smaller
than zucchini since they require longer cooking time.
This sounds so good and the
sweet potato definitely holds up better
than a
zucchini, nice!
That's because
sweet potatoes have more carbs
than zucchini but that's a good thing as

Usually I eat
zucchini more as a savory food
than a
sweet one, but this recipe may change this situation.
