You might try polydextrose (a bulk
sweetner, but not particularly sweet by itself) with a high intensity sweetener
like Stevia or Splenda.

sweetner, I
like to know if I can use Yacon syrup instead of Nectar?

like to make these lower in carbs, simply replace the maple syrup with a sugar - free sticky

You can use as much of the
sweetners as you would
like to get it to your level of sweeteness.
Why would that seem
like a
