I actually came to love the taste of
REAL food 1000 % better
than refined sugar and the sugary
sweet stuff makes me sick to my stomach when I think of it now.
Interestingly, more often
than not, I see men indulging in
real food (such as meat and potatoes) rather
than refined sugars or
sweets.
It's been about 4 weeks since I committed to eating at least 80 %
real food instead of my usual of less
than 50 % (depending on the day and my cravings for processed treats and
sweets).
Rather, when you learn to enjoy natural unprocessed
foods and start exploring all of the varieties of natural healthy
foods this planet has to offer, you discover that you enjoy the natural flavors of
real food better
than overly processed aggressive tastes so common with excessively salty and
sweet junk
foods.
It seems to me that the best thing we can do is retrain our taste buds to enjoy the natural flavors in
real food, rather
than catering to a «
sweet tooth» which is essentially an atavistic response dating from times when we were all hunter / gatherers.

real food lifestyle, you've probably come to realize that dishes like healthy
sweet and sour chicken and fig and coconut dessert sushi taste way better
than their toxic counterparts you were used to eating.
