If you have to use 2
racks because it is a small
oven,
switch the pans from top to bottom to ensure even cooking.
Place on the center
rack of the
oven and bake for 25 - 35 minutes (depending on
oven temperament; cook thighs to an internal temp of 165 degrees F) then
switch oven setting to broil for a few minutes, until skin is golden and crispy.

Switch the
oven to Broil and pop in the tray into the middle
rack for 3 - 5 minutes.
Basically if you have cookies on two sheets (one of which is on a higher
rack in the
oven) half way through baking
switch the baking sheet that is on the higher
rack with the one that is on the lower
rack.
