The toggle - style
switchgear looks familiar, as does the big round center display; it was a dinner - plate - sized speedometer in older MINIs but in today's Countryman it's a colorful touch - screen ringed by multi-color LEDs that serve a variety of functions, our favorite being a giant tachometer, complete with redline.
There's good visibility all around and the interior is flooded with light thanks to an available panoramic moonroof, and all materials and
switchgear looks and feels top quality.
Most of the interior
switchgear looks like it was liberated from a Ford — and a generation - old Ford at that — the infotainment system is Honda CR - V small and the tachometer / speedometer gauge cluster — remember that Jaguar was one of the pioneers of customizable TFT screens — decidedly analogue retro (there is a small 5 - inch TFT «idiot lights» display).
The switchgear looks the same as the other - market GT 86, with no switch for a power top switch readily apparent.
The wood veneer isn't nearly up to class standards, and much of
the switchgear looks sub-premium.
Inside, the steering wheel and
switchgear look straight out of the BMW parts bin.

looks classy and feels well constructed, while the
switchgear feels nicely damped, too.

looks similar to other Tata cars.
The plastics have a richer
look and feel to them, the
switchgear is top - notch and the gloss - black trim of the touchscreen interface has a modern sophistication to it.
The
switchgear I've become accustomed to in GM vehicles, which
looked like it was made by Fisher - Price, has been replaced with flush - fitting, attractive controls for the radio and ventilation.
The coupe offers a very similar interior to the sedan variants, this means high quality
switchgear and cabin materials that would not
look out of place in something a few categories higher.
Featuring a touch - screen, the controller communicates with the car via Bluetooth, allowing the rearmost tycoon to tweak climate control, stereo functions, sunshades and the like without having to
look for permanent
switchgear.
If you
look closely, you will see some
switchgear sourced from the Octavia.
Doors close with the gentlest thrust and only the
switchgear on the steering wheel makes the interior
look at all busy.
On the interior, Kia has opted for a more premium
look and feel, higher perceived quality, improved

The Nissan's upholstery and plastics are a bit on the «bare - bones» side, and the interior trim and

We like the sophisticated overall
look and feel inside the 2014 Honda CR - V, highlighted by a smartly - sculpted dash, large and bright gauges and elegant
switchgear.
Perhaps if Cadillac built a less horsey
looking Escalade with a better
switchgear and finishes, I would consider that.
The steering wheel's
switchgear, on the other hand,
looks Dart - grade.
There are also a few Honda - grade plastics and
switchgear if you
look closely.
As expected, the gauges are large and the tach takes center stage, but unlike the previous Boxster, the
switchgear has a higher - quality
look and feel to it.
The
switchgear, instruments and mirrors add up to the contemporary
looks of the bike.
