I love changing things around,
switching out pillows is one of my favorite things to do.
That's where the «art» of
switching out pillows, rugs, lamps, artwork, and mirrors comes in!
And the neutral color works perfectly for
switching out the pillows and throw for a different look!
Just little changes like
switching out pillows and bedding can make all the difference!

For each season I love to
switch out my pillow covers and today I am going to show you how I've made my latest pillow cover in about 7 minutes and the whole project cost me about $ 7.
It may be dark and dreary outside but you can easily bring the feeling of spring into your home by
switching out pillow covers.
I'm also a big fan of pillow covers, it is so much easier to
switch out a pillow cover and storing them takes up very little space!

Remember to keep your big pieces neutral and timeless and add your pops of color in your decor — that way as styles change, you only have to
switch out a pillow or two as opposed to a red / pink / purple couch that you just had to have.

pillow covers, throw blanket, hand towels in the bathroom, and kitchen towels for lighter spring colors.
Since I decorated our master bedroom over 3 years ago when we moved in the only thing I've changed
out so far has been to
switch out some of the decorative
pillows to a lighter weight linen

I bring
out the blankets,
pillows, rugs, candles, layers, textures, plants, and I even
switch around books for the season!

I
switched up our bedding to all - white, swapped
out our throw
pillows for some festive new ones, added a few cozy blankets, adorned our bed with some string lights and last but not least, found the perfect mini Christmas tree for my bedside table.
It was so nice to be able to
switch out details like art pieces or
pillows until it was exactly right.
Lastly, I
switched out our throw
pillows for a fall inspired palette.

I've recently changed
out my sectional throw
pillows to lovely floral and nature inspired ones in soft spring & summer colors and
switched out the large floral arrangement on my console for cherry blossom branches with faux pale pink peonies, along with a pretty spring floral wreath on my pantry & front door and placed a lovely basket filled with soft, pastel colored flowers on my dining room table.
I like that I can
switch out different colorful
pillows or wall art easily and with my constant changing taste.
And as you
switch out your wardrobe each season, you can easily do the same with your accent
pillows.
What is great about the bolster being unsewn is that it can easily be
switched out and the redwork and / or
pillow form can be reused in a flash when you get another brainstorm.
However I have since discovered that most of, y assesories can go room to room, because colors all harmonize and bringing

pillows for the living room sofa,
switching out where I tuck my flame less candles, and even removing items from tabletops and leaving one item instead of three or even leaving the table bare really does breath new life to our rooms.
I keep the covers in a basket in the linen closet and just plump up and
switch out every season (or every time i'm bored, let's face it,
pillows are an addiction).
Though my new throw
pillows might be a bit more expensive initially because I prefer a down
pillow with zippered cover, it is cost effective because I have found some great buys on pretty seasonal COVERS that I can
switch out, which is less expensive than purchasing a new
pillow.
That's because I've discovered that
switching out the throw
pillows in a room is one of the easiest and most inexpensive ways to decorate a room.
Our living room has simple changes that change the tone of the room —
switching out of the
pillows, changing over the accessories on the coffee table and replacing the mirrors with a wreath.
No need to repaint once your daughter is
out of her pink phase — just
switch out the throw and
pillow shams for a whole new look.
Some of my favorite ways to bring spring inside are through things like adding fresh, natural materials,
switching out heavier winter throws and
pillows for lighter and brighter ones, adding something fresh or colorful wherever you can, such as a new table runner, a simple seagrass rug, or pretty colored dishes, and finally adding fresh flowers or branches.
For an easy and inexpensive way to
switch pillows out with the seasons, Hobby Lobby
pillow covers are my go - to.
One of my favorite ways to change
out my seasonal decor is by changing
pillows... although this can get quite expensive and take up lots of non-existent storage (at our house at least) so the easier option is to make my own
pillow covers and just
switch out the covers.

pillows and I purchased a new rug from Target.
