The first
symptoms of deficiency can be subtle — as most magnesium is stored in the tissues,

I'll add that earlier this year I was having very bad
leg cramps at night (a hypothyroid
symptom I understand), but those went away after I started supplementing with 400 mcg
of magnesium per your book.
