with maple first and it didn't work that well, but honey did work so if you don't have rice
syrup we'd recommend that instead x

recipe I added only 1 tbs of maple
syrup, 1 tbs Greek yogurt, 1/8 coconut oil, 1 tbs of almond milk Why I did it??? Because, I think that the 2tbs of
syrup is too much, and I thought to remplace the other tbs
with the Greek yogurt, then I thought how this mug doesn't attach to the container, so I added a little coconut oil, in the end I saw that the mix is a little hard so I added the milk.
You can also try replacing a granulated sweetener (white or brown sugar) in the
recipe with a liquid sweetener (honey, agave nectar or maple
syrup).

I made the
recipe as written (
with lower
syrup amount) but baked them as mini muffins.
To make this
recipe suitable for vegans, replace the eggs
with a vegan egg replacer and the honey
with maple
syrup, agave

recipe, however I would keep a close eye on the heat, particularly when using maple
syrup since sugary substances are more likely to burn.
