For a simple keto coffee, just blend a cup
of brewed coffee with a
tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 - 2
tablespoons of heavy
whipping cream, and a
tablespoon of butter.

If you want either to be sweeter, you can add a little sugar (I recommend adding a 1 - 2
tablespoons of granulated sugar to the filling and 1 - 2
tablespoons of powdered sugar to
coconut whipped cream).
If you're good at planning ahead, make a batch
of coconut whipped cream, adding a
tablespoon or two
of whiskey, because yolo and such (I am on spring break after all..)
I like to top mine with some
whipped cream or low - carb frosting (like in this recipe: Low - Carb Red Velvet Mug Cake) Other than that you could add a
tablespoon of coconut oil, butter or
cream cheese to the dough before cooking.
If you need a yummy topping, we mixed up a quick and tasty frosting made
of 1 cup
of heavy
whipping cream, 1 teaspoon
of vanilla extract, 2
tablespoons of erythritol, and 1/4 cup
of coconut milk (that's what was left in the can after we took out the cup
of cream).
