I just made these heavenly brownies and did the following substitutions: For every ounce
of chocolate I used 3
tablespoons of cacao powder I added 4
tablespoons water and 2 extra teaspoons
coconut oil since I used cacao powder Instead
of arrowroot starch or flour, I used one egg (sorry vegans!)
I used the 1 cup
coconut oil (I did have to let it warm a but first
since it was way to cold to even chip out
of the glass jar) an I put in about a
tablespoon and a half
of vitamin E
oil (oops my dog bumped me while I was pouring) but it still turned out fantastic.
If yes, you have to take at least 28 caps (equivalent to 2
tablespoons) per day for constipation relief
since each cap generally contains only 1 g (1000 mg)
of coconut oil.
A
tablespoon of coconut oil has 12 grams
of saturated fat, and
since we have no dietary need for saturated fat and our intake should stay as close as possible to zero, the intake
of this
oil can only be considered harmful.
