After trying a few gluten free recipes lately, I decided to add about 4

tablespoon of flour and knead again.
After they flattened (kind
of like the powdered erythritol just sucked the air out
of the egg whites), I threw in 3 extra whipped egg whites (I am not throwing away that many ingredients) and 3
tablespoons coconut
flour (they were really wet s so thought it would help).
If the dough is not pulling away from the sides
of the bowl
after the
flour has been incorporated, add the remaining 1/4 cup
of flour, as needed in 1
tablespoon increments, until the dough starts pulling away from the sides
of the bowl.
Take 1 (

of unrecorded trials, this was the recipe I landed on) 1/2 cup almond butter 1/4 cup refined coconut oil 3/4 cup brown sugar 1
tablespoon potato starch 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 1/2 cup unbleached
flour
After 5 minutes, if the dough is sticky, you can incorporate another 1 - 2
tablespoons of flour.
